Has anyone joined My Total Money Makeover?

I just joined and while it seems like a great tool- I feel a bit unprepared to navigate through it. It's like there is so much information that my eyes glaze over. I have already created my first budget and imported my debt information. My Baby EF is done at $1000.00 (woohoo).
Now that I have created the budget for March....now what?? I know about the envelope system which Im going to try...but still I feel lost. Can someone help me navigate?
