Shedding vax when pg

I am pregnant, and I have immunity to rubella, so I need not worry if a child in my care recieves a MMR vax, right? The baby ate my brain... and I can't think right.

Is there any other vax that sheds that I should be concerned about?

Well, nothing is 100% but from what I have read it sounds like it's fairly rare to pick up one of the viruses shed from MMR. The other lives ones are the rotovirus, flumist, and chicken pox. With roto you have to be extremely diligent with the diaper changes as it sheds in the pooh.

Did you have rubella to get the immunity or are you relying on vax titers to say you are immune? You can still get a disease even if you have high titers.

It would be rare to get it from someone who vaxed but could happen, especially if the child actually came down with one of the diseases in the vax.

I, personally, rarely worry about it (I'm preg. now).
