Getting rid of the scent of vinegar?

I nuked some food for my dd, and then noticed how dirty the microwave was. So I cleaned it with a vinegar/water solution.


Now my microwave smells like pickles.




But I'm hungry and want to use the microwave!! How can I get rid of the scent of vinegar? I'm afraid it is going to change the taste of my food...which does NOT have pickles in it!!

It should go away on it's own in a little while. At least when I clean the counters with vinegar and water, the smell is gone once it dries. Maybe leave it open for a while to air out?

Just warm your food on the stove or in the oven if you're worried.

I second that - just air it out. Vinegar's smell disappears as it dries.
