The federal guidelines do not make vaccination status a requirement for receiving benefits. They can ask you and offer, but it is not required. Just say you aren't sure and that you left their record at home. Say DH took them to the last WBV and would have to ask him, etc. It's one of the demographic questions they have to ask like are you registered to vote. If you are denied benefits based on vax status, PLEASE contact the site coordinator and the state WIC coordinator. If you get no satisfaction there, contact the USDA.
