My MW is now 2 hours late for our appointment.

She was supposed to be here between 11 and noon and it is now 1:00. She is generally running late, which is why we do the hour window thing, but she'll typically call and say "here is my ETA." I haven't even gotten a phone call from her to say she's running late or anything today.

I have to pick ds1 up from preschool in an hour and I had a ton of stuff to do today. I haven't been able to do any of them b/c I've been sitting here waiting on her! :

i would be so pissed. call her and find out where she is! i understand things come up but she needs to communicate that to you. if there's one thing i won't tolerate it's rudeness, and that's justplain rude.
