I just got my PUL and made one cover using the same pattern I used for fiiteds. I just added 1/2 inch everywhere. Well, the fitteds are fine but the cover turned out too small, especially at the front where you are supposed to fasten it. I prefer working with an actual pattern rather than modifying.
