My vote for Bumgenius 3.0

It's almost 5 months and with daily washing they look great, easy fit, hold in "blow-outs". I haven't tried any other diapers, so i'm biased.

For me, it's a serious toss up between Bum-Genius and Happy Heiny's. The BumGenius fit starting at a smaller size, but the Happy Heinys fit for a much longer/larger size.

Both are about equally as trim, and both are leak proof.

I voted for Happy Heiny's, which I actually think are second best to one that isn't listed... we LOVE Blueberry. Check em out!!

Not BumGenius

I don't like BumGenius only because of the cost and the velcro. I don't believe the velcro will last nearly long enough to offset the price. We have one BG 3.0 and it's a great diaper, but we're on baby number three and expecting baby four, and in my experience velcro just doesn't last long enough.

The snaps on anything I have from Fuzzy Bunz, Kissaluvs, Happy Heiny's, Swaddlebees, Bummies and Knicker Nappies have all held up fine. Nobody's velcro lasts forever.

I would not buy anything velcro/aplix that you want to use for more than one baby, or that you might want to sell when you're done.

We have 1 bumgenius and it's ok but I even like the fit of the happy heinys and the blueberry better. Plus, goodness forbid you forget to velcro the tabs to the little pad thingy when you do the laundry...then they ruin everything else too. We dig the snaps!

Maybe I'm the only one with this issue - but my HH OS pocket is a piece of ick. The velcro on it is a joke - it never bent right to stick to the laundry tabs and I've given up and just wash it in a lingerie bag now.

I have three or four BG 3.0s and four FBs (small size) and they are the workhorses of my stash. After almost six months of use, I just had to de fuzz the BGs velcro for the first time - and it was actually the unsticky part of the tab.

I considered getting the OS FB, but then I saw the mediums go from 15 to 30 lbs, and decided to just stick with them sized. You can get seconds on them for $11 to $13 which makes them much more affordable than the new OS.
