Kirkland Wipes

Alright, I know, I'm bad, I use sposie wipes sometimes. I have found that since DD has started solids and now has that more solid yet still soft and sticky as all get out poop, I find myself reaching for a sposie wipe to get the "situation" to a workable place for me. Then I use my cloth wipes with KSDLP.

Anyway, I have been using 7th Generation wipes but it is getting expensive and I looked into buying a whole case online and it doesn't really seem to be much cheaper then buying them at the store. So I was thinking of giving Kirkland Wipes a try. I remember using these on kids when I nannied and thinking they were really good quality wipes.

I guess I am more wondering about the ingredients. Is there anything really terrible in them? If so, what and why?

TIA

I really like the kirkland wipes! Best wipes I've used. They don't fall apart and can be washed and dried if you want to reuse them!

They've been my favourite too, and one box has lasted us three years.

...I'm debating if I should get another just to have around. I may now that I know you can wash and dry them (cool!)

Yeah, I've used them before. And BJ's brand are also nice. Currently I'm using Target brand wipes and I like them too. I wash and dry them with my diapers and then I use them as dusting clothes. They're great for that because they are lint-free. I tried lots of cloth wipes but I really didn't like them. They just don't clean like sposie wipes do. I always use unscented, jsut to have a little less chemicals. For some reason using sposie wipes is much less objectionable to me than sposie diapers.

Ummm- have you ever tried them on yourself when your rear end is sensitive?????? Stings a lot.....my DS complaints when he has a rash - went to cloth wipes......just use water now.......

We used to do 7th Generation wipes only, but they got too expensive here, too. Now we use the Kirkland wipes and they're great! I use them for myself, too, and I've never had any kind of burning/bad reaction to them. And I have very sensitive skin and eczema.

HTH!
