Devon Charter School Sues Parents.
My son attends this school, and the Board of Trustees is suing the parents-- six by name and a few hundred as a group. I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of a public school suing a group of parents before in this manner (i.e. SLAPP)? If so, how did those cases turn out?
