Please Help! Potential Business Idea

Hi mama's!
I am going to be a first time mom in July. I have been playing with the idea of starting some sort of cooking business for a while.
Here is what I have in mind:
The end result would be meals in your fridge/freezer ready to be put in the oven to feed your family.
I would do the grocery shopping and then either bring the groceries over and cook at your place, or cook at my place and bring over the finished product to the house.
There would be a fee per meal. Things that would be factored into the cost include how many meals/wk, how large the family is & whether you would like organic produce & mean vs. 'the cheap stuff'.

Basically I am trying to come up with a business plan, doing something that I actually like to do, that I can market to the families around where I live, so that I don't have to go back to my job after baby comes!

What sort of input, suggestions, changes etc. do you guys have?

Personal chefs are quite popular in many areas, although I would imagine that, like many home services, demand may be waning due to the current economic downturn. You might want to affiliate yourself with an organization such as the ones linked below to get an idea of how to get started. Good luck!

You might want to think about where you baby would be when you are in people's houses preparing these meals. It doesn't sound like an appropriate place to bring a baby along.
