Vaccine Compensation Program.

Does anyone know what kind of injuries are being compensated? I can't seem to find that information. I'm just trying to add to my vaccine research file.

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/42...0--aa011-.html

see section c labeled "petition content"

there is no complete list of the exact things they will compensate for-- there isn't a list of the 'allowable' injuries-- that kind of thing-- but you can look here for history of cases:

http://www.uscfc.uscourts.gov/

go to the left side and hover over opinions/decisions and then go to vaccines published and unpublished.

remember that those lists aren't not 'rules'; they do set guidelines for causation (but you can also prove causation outside those windows if you have ample proof-- or the other way around, if a cause is found inside the window other than vaccine, for example) and there are many more 'cases' you can make outside the issues listed there.

but it's a good list though too to have to answer this question.

Don't mention the word "autism"
