No spend today, plus we did homeschool work and BIL is bringing over the ladder so I can get up in the storage area and take care of my Easter basket sorting/assembly! And I met a lady at the b-day party who wants to give me some Hanna hand-me-downs for the new baby!

:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
3/1: $500 cash taken our for all food expenses this month ($20 of that fed the drawer), amount in checking account that's above our minimum comfort level "swept" into savings
3/2: $29.06 groceries, $6.87 household goods
3/3: $39 case of pull-ups arrived from Amazon
3/4: $11.46 localharvest order, $25.52 groceries (isn't it clever how they have the localharvest pickup at Whole Foods?),$20 eyebrow/lip wax, $14.92 household misc. at Wally-world
3/5: went on a day trip - $15.82 gas, $4 fast food that is coming out of the food budget because I left my bag of change in the car. Then $15 for my dinner at Mom's Night Out.
3/6: $11 food, 72.25 household at Costco. I'm so glad dh finally let me buy him some pants that fit!
3/7:
3/8: $40 Hooked on Phonics Kindergarten set (a big discount!), $4 food at Purim festival.
3/9: Exercised! Shifted $80 from grocery envelope to drawer. Milk and eggs at farm $5, $24.97 groceries, $12.30 Mickey-Ds, $11 haircut.
3/10: $14.30 gas, $5 at Subway, $81 dollar traffic ticket that I actually counted the day it was issued in February, but I am just going to count AGAIN to punish myself some more. Plus, I paid it out of my grocery envelope. $174 on food for the rest of the month - THAT should put a crimp in my drive-thru habit! Good thing dh is going out of town on business for two weeks - his organic fruit consumption factors hugely into our food costs.
3/11: $29.36 garden stuff at Home Depot, $5.30 shirt, $15 new sunglasses ( and a candy bar) at Target
3/12: $3.22 at for a bagel at the kosher deli (don't regret it!), $40.64 household stuff at Wally-world, $40.87 garden stuff at Wally-world, $21.19 for SIL's birthday present. Had to take out cash to pay a bill, and took out an additional $80 to feed the drawer.
3/13: $3 n change for breakfast (I made myself tea, then stupidly left travel mug on kitchen counter), $.74 for pencil grasp thingies for dh (used the change), $42 groceries $68 household at Costco. ETA: a lady from my AP Meetup group just showed up with her bassinet, which I bought for $40 out of the drawer and $10 out of my grocery envelope)
3/14: $17.25 household (antacids for me, energy bars for dh's trip)
3/15: on the go all day today! About $8 on fast food, $40.37 for groceries. Once I buy milk and eggs from the farm, I do believe we are fixed for groceries until next week!
3/16: Exercised! $1 at bake sale
3/17: $5 Chick-Fil-A, $3 milk and eggs (balance came out of change bag), $17.50 gas, $24.50 car cleaned inside and out (it smells like pina coladas now!), $30 at consignment sale ($11 for shirts for ds, rest was maternity clothes for me and two things for the Easter baskets).
3/19: $30 groceries, $36 household (bras, b-day present for ds' classmate, waterproof mattress pad because dd ripped hers to shreds)
3/20:
3/21: $8.56 on fabulous locally-produced goat milk soap. Don't regret it!
3/22: Huge festival at the Temple! $48.50 on food, bouncy house and various Jewish items for the kids. Of course, I paid cash out of my grocery envelope. Have I mentioned yet how much I hate my grocery envelope?
3/23: $4 Dunkin Donuts, $17.17 groceries at Wal-Mart, $80 cash from ATM of which $20 fed the drawer to bring the total to $560. The rest of our building fund contribution is not until June, so I will definitely be able to cover that plus some other frills if I keep at it!
3/24: $20.21 on groceries (goodbye cash envelope! I will not miss you!), $43.36 glucometer and toys
3/25:
