What's in your pantry?

I'm trying to look for a tf pantry list but nothing is coming up. Any ideas?

Not a whole lot really. Mostly brown rice, which I always soak over night in ACV or lemon juice. Also some cans of full-fat coconut milk, which are good for making curry sauces.

My pantry has:
  • lots of coconut milk (my family has true milk allergies, so we use it to replace milk for recipes, as well as cooking with it)
  • tinkiyada brown rice pasta (b/c I'm GF - it's not exactly TF, but it's better than wheat...)
  • raw sugar (which I rarely use)
  • molasses
  • raw honey
  • peanut butter
  • brown rice
  • all sorts of dry beans
  • a couple of jars of spaghetti sauce for quick meals
  • marinaded artichokes
  • dried fruit
  • emergency GF snacks occasionally (not at all TF, just for fun )
  • ACV
  • Tuna
  • Hellman's mayo (one non-TF thing I can't live with out!!)
  • Tortilla chips
  • Lard baked potatoe chips
  • emergency can of green beans (for when I don't have time to cook them from frozen)
  • jars of salsa (b/c I love the stuff)
    coconut oil
    olive oil
all sorts of spices and herbs

(that's off the top of my head)

clearly not all of it is TF/NT but most of it is. and we aim to do the best we can. though some things we just love- like hellman's mayo

We are grain free and sugar free so we have very little in our pantry:

Strained tomatoes in jars
Tomato paste in jars
Every dry herb you can imagine
Dried mushrooms
Coconut oil and extra backup oils (for when the olive, sesame, or walnut oils in the fridge are running low)
Coconut cream concentrate
Coconut flour
Salt
Vinegars

it's one thin that is very easy to find here in PA

I try to get them from a local guy, but sometimes from the grocery. I prefer the local guy as I know his lard was "clean" and not full of goodness knows what.

but we don't eat too many chips honesty. our big thing is totilla chips if anything - and i fully admit this is NOT NT in any way. we just love them

also I forgot to add a couple things on my previous post hat are in my pantry:
  • Sliced olives
  • tomatoe paste
  • tortilla chips
  • bacon grease
  • applesauce
  • "jelly" (as in fruit spread with no sugar)
  • potatoes
  • yams
  • lots of onions
