Homemade coconut flour?

Anyone tried to make this? I put shredded coconut through my grain mill and got coconut paste. Nice and oily - delicious, but not flour. Any suggestions?

What if you toasted the coconut first? I've never tried it though.

I believe coconut flour is coconut fiber that has been mostly defatted. How could you defat the coconut meat first, then grind?
