Is Aluminum is all or some of vaccines?

Which ones, my friend said her Dr uses ones with no aluminum and I had to question her, i didn't know it was possible!

I wouldn't take a doctors word for it that the vaccine is aluminium free. Package insert is the way to go.
Not all vaccines have aluminium.

However, the amount for the Pentacel vaccine was incorrect in the first printing of the book and has now been corrected. The pentacel vaccine has 330 mcg and not 1500.

Why do those that have it, need it?

Aluminum is one of the adjuvants, added either during the manufacturing process or designed as an immune booster, to boost the immune reaction to the vaccine and make it prolonged.

This I know, but why do some vaxes need them and some don't!

The live vaccines don't need it and I am not exactly sure why ACThib works so well without it. I also assume it would affect the live ones.
