I don't have much to go on, but it's been driving me crazy. It was on either PBS or Nickelodeon in the early 80s ( I *think* PBS). It could have been it's own separate show/video/movie, or it may have been a blurb they showed during Sesame Street or Pinwheel.
What I remember:
There was a little girl walking around with her grandfather. It was raining, or had recently rained. She wore a red raincoat, and may have had dark hair. They stopped to watch and/or feed some ducks. I remember it being quiet, so I think there was either limited or no narration/dialog, or maybe just no background music. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
