Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles -- Anyone watching? - Page 2

In an interview w/ Salvation director McG, Chronicles has nothing to do w/ and no influence over T4. McG said it is b/c the development of a tv show is too crazy to be chased. It also sounds like they are disregarding T3 by saying they are remaining faithful to the mythology of the first two films. So, who knows what will be going on! (source: imdb.com)

The next episode is the season finale. It is possible that the show will not be picked up next season (it almost wasnt this season), so they will probably try to tie up as many ends as possible.

What?? I hope not!

Yeah, I hope not, too, but the ratings are low. That is why it almost didnt make it to season two, low ratings.

I would be so vexed if Fox cancelled this show. All of the best shows get cancelled. I have not watched the Season Finale 'Born to Run' yet, but I have read some reviews of the episode and from what I've read, it's amazing. It answers a lot of questions about Katherine Weaver and John Henry.

I've been very interested in the direction that they've taken with 'rogue terminators'. Those that have disconnected themselves from Skynet. But this raises questions about whether they were reprogrammed or have become sentient beings. For future John Connor to ask the liquid terminator in the episode Today is the Day part2 'Will you join us' it certainly indicates that the terminator is thinking for its self. I seem to remember also earlier in the season that when the terminator Cromartie was chasing John Connor he said to John 'We're not like the others' or something to that affect. But then this show does raise a lot of questions, but doesn't answer them all.

Anyway, I really hope that it returns for a third season...

Peace

That was a great episode. But, man, no mention of next season.

I think that Born to Run ended like it did with the assumption that it was possibly the last episode ever. I'm not sure how much to say about it because some people might not have viewed it yet. I viewed most of it on Youtube after I'd posted my post earlier this morning

OK, the way you folk have talked about Shirley Manson got me curious, so I checked her out. So she sang with the band Garbage. But did you know she was a girl guide (scout)?? How cool is that???

Everything I've read online seems to strongly suggest there will be no S3. I think they really ended it pretty deftly and elegantly though, just in case they needed to leave the possibility open that there would be another season. The episode works both ways. I thought it was great! I will be so disappointed if they give it the axe. I can't begin to understand why it gets such low ratings, except maybe if it's just the time slot?

Very cool! I think she did a fantastic job on this show - I enjoyed her so much! Did you catch the moment a couple weeks ago where the daughter told her, "But you can't sing!"?

I'm so sad the show appears to be over. I didn't always love it, very seldom knew what was going on, but we watched every single episode.
