This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I really like Custom Probiotics. I think it has significantly helped DD. I am using one of the powders (this one: http://www.customprobiotics.com/cust...x-cultures.htm) because it has no FOS/inulin or any additives. It is expensive but I think it's worth it. They also have great customer service. I emailed them when I had issues in the beginning with DD being gassy and fussy, and the guy who runs it responded within 24 hours (on a Sunday) and told me to start with a smaller dose. Their probiotics apparently have significantly higher concentration that others we tried (like Kirkman Labs). I'm now up to the regular dose and DD is doing great. They also have a dairy-free yogurt starter that I have been using to make almond milk yogurt.
