Clay Bentonite?

I hope it's okay I start a new thread instead of post in the other clay thread..

I was reading that some would not recommend taking clay bentonite internally.
I was to the HFS and they only had clay bentonite pre-mixed and sold as a "yeast cleanse" (product by Inno-Vite)
On the back it states it's purpose as "adsorbs toxins, and carries them through the intestinal tract to be eliminated by the body"

I just did a treatment to clear my candida and wanted to try some clay to help with die-off, but now I don't know if I should.

I'm breastfeeding and only want to lessen the load to DS, so is this something I should try?

thoughts?

shameless bump for myself...

I'm going by sonnambula's recs, which were positive for calcium bentonite and negative on internal consumption of sodium bentonite (but good for baths). I don't know if that's always labelled, I just decided to buy a couple pounds of pascalite and ease into this whole thing. We haven't done it yet, they have quite the backlog of orders but they seem nice via email.

For die-off, I've heard of activated charcoal (away from supps, and preferably away from meals since it absorbs nutrients from supps too), and I've used modifilan (specifically helps with heavy metals) and vitamin C to bowel tolerance.

Okay, that helps me know now which is which, but of course the bottle is not labelled clearly.

It's ingredients are "purified water and bentonite" so which should I assume it is?

It is marketed as a yeast buster, and hydrating healing clay.
For the yeast buster it recommends caproil and pysllium mixed together with it and ingested (which I'm not interested in at the moment)

I think I'll hold off for now, until I can contact the company to see what type it is.
Thank you!

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever find out which it was... I bought the same stuff today...
