It's total protein, which includes the protein found in bread, rice and cereal. I ate 3 eggs for breakfast every morning, protein shakes for snacks, yogurt, cottage cheese is super high in protein. The trick is eat your protein first, then your fruits and vegetables and then carbs. Put some hummus on your crackers, PB (or soy or sunflower butter) on your bread, snack on almonds. Blue diamond has really yummy almond chips now, yum!

. With the excepton of the identicals I know, most of the multiples moms I know got theirs with injectables or IVF. I figured when you mentioned your RE that you probably had some treatment.
