DFEF Blueberry Muffin recipe?

Does anyone have a good blueberry muffin recipe that doesn't require milk or eggs?

Can it have gluten? If so, then it's not so hard. Just take a regular recipe and substitute flax-egg (or egg replacer) for the egg and rice milk (or other milk) for the milk. If it calls for butter, use Spectrum palm shortening. It should come out just fine. You might want to add an extra 1/2 tsp. of baking powder to make up for the lack of egg.

I would just make a regular recipe and replace the milk with rice milk and the eggs with an egg sub like flax or gelatin. You can google for the exact amounts.
