Boys and body image etc.. books anyone?

Last year, I bought the book "No More Body Drama" or something to that effect for dd-15. It was great, with real pictures, real information without bias. Anyone know of anything like that for teen boys? My dd-13 doesn't have any image issues that i know of, but I'd still like a good book on the topic.

I'm not sure about books, but my almost 14yo DS sometimes mentions not wanting to get 'fat', and I saw reference to him being 'fat' on his facebook status. It disturbs me and I hope it does not go deep. I would love to hear from others about this subject and boys, there really is not much info on that.
Thank you for starting this thread

(btw, my DS is most certainly NOT fat, he is in good shape)

My ds has a bit of a tummy, but he has also not yet hit puberty yet, and I think he'll even back out once he does. I am also wanting a book that just talk plain talk about body changes, physical, emotional, etc. Females don't hold the market on thinking we are not normal, or freaks of nature for some oddity in our bodies/emotions. The problem is imho is we are a society that expects male to bury feelings and emotions, and not talk about ANYTHING that is bothering them... so boys don't know that they are normal. Of course this is a life teaching and conversations to be had. But I know my daughter appreciated the book I found for her...and it covered things I'd never think of... i want something like it for boys, but i am at a loss.
