I use it for my toner. I wash my face, spray it with rosewater, and then apply my moisture oil while my face is still wet.

Its also great to put a very slight scent into hair.

If its foodgrade you can use it in cooking too (for things like baklava)

I use a rose water/witch hazel combo as deoderant.

I combine it with glycerin for an all purpose cleanser/toner/moisturizer. 1 part glycerin, 3 parts rosewater.

I also mix it with rhassoul clay for a once a week face mask and hair cleanser.

All of the above more or less.

Don't dilute it, it's sort of dilute already. Rosewater is the by-product of the process for making rose EO; steam is passed through rose petals and then cooled. What you end up with is a very thin layer of rose EO floating on top of a rather large volume of water which contains the water soluble components (hence why it smells of roses and isn't just plain water).

i make a lotion with it and i use it as a toner and refresher. and for several non-facial uses like the car or room refresher.

i just love it....

I spray Rosewater on my face and neck when I get out of the shower, and then apply Emu Oil to lock in the moisture.

In addition to many of the uses listed above, I also add it to my (store-bought) face wash and homemade moisturizer (almond oil with some added ingredients; very small amount at a time). I actually started using it as a simple spray to help open up my heart chakra on the advice of a few healers. I spray from my head (hair) to chest (breasts); just a few quick spritzes every morning and then one spritz before bed on my face only. I it!

ETA: I was distracted by the new kitten climbing all over my head. <giggles> I have an eye condition called blepharitis and I use a spritz of rosewater on a washcloth directly on my eyes at the beginning of each shower. It is working better than the standard advice of baby shampoo (tiny amount) on a washcloth.
