cloudbutterfly, I recommend the EPO. I took it this cycle (only thing I did differently) and had one day of more eggwhite than I'd ever seen outside of a book. So I do think there's something to it.

AFM: I was a bad girl and tested early but got a BFP! I've been more of a lurker than contributor but I thank you ladies for all the good information and encouragement.

Thoughts: I started taking EPO this weekend, since I think I scared away my CM when we started TTCing. I'm also considering maca...well, I want to take maca, but it depends on whether I can find it here or have to mail order. I also switched to Rainbow Light complete vitamins. At Whole Foods, they're so much more expensive than the ones I was buying, but they're a good deal online! Otherwise, I've been focusing on the good parts about not being pregnant for a few days to recharge for the next round.

: Good luck this week, everyone! I want to see more BFPs rolling in.
My ND had me stop taking Rainbow Light because they have more lead in them than she was comfortable with. I am on New Chapter Organics Prenatals now. They are more expensive though. They are smaller too, so that's a bonus in my book.

One last hope!

Hi all - I am on 12 dpo and TTC for #2 and just tested negative . I have had a lot of different signs this cycle not apparent in other cycles. I have had ligament pain on both sides, sick, lots of bloating and gas. Dull cramping as well. Can someone give me hope that I could test postive on dpo 13? My longest Luteal phase is 12 days. We couldn't have been right on point with our ovulation day and my cm was prominent. Can someone give me hope?

Here are my symptoms today:

ligament pain
dull cramping
tired
slight twinging of breast

Here is the link to my fertility friend at least I think I copied it right.

When I was pg with my son, I tested negative at 12DPO. Since I expected AF, I stopped testing for a few days and when she didn't come I tested at 15DPO--BFP. So yeah, it's still possible. Your symptoms sound really hopeful.

I'd still like to see your chart. The link must be messed up somehow because when I click on it, it takes me to my own chart. ?

I am still kind of new to fertility friend, but used JING to capture the image of the chart. See link here:

I appreciate your positive feedback I really appreciate it. I just lost my VIP free trial and didn't want to pay for it until I start my AF (which I hope I don't). Well, I hope this helps you see it - let me know your thoughts!

I am no expert either-- but I think you od on Day 23... how accurate were those OPKs though?

I don't know how OPK's can be - I thought it seemed to be pretty accurate with my cm - but I could be wrong. When I used fertility friend that is what automatically went to - does anyone else have thoughts?

Is there a chance that you Oed sometime during the time when you didn't temp?

Congratulations!!!! That's definitely a good endorsement.

Thanks for the heads-up. I did remember that they were higher in lead than the ones I was taking (Country Life Maxi Prenatal), but my old ones were super low compared to most vitamins so I didn't know how much higher the Rainbow Light ones were. I noticed a lot of people taking them here, so I thought I'd give them a shot, but I think I'll look into them a little more now. I've been happy with the Country Life ones (they're smaller and easier to swallow, too), but I didn't want to be the one missing out on something good.

ETA: Huh, great...I found the chart again, and they have over three times the lead exposure/day in comparison to the ones I was taking. Now I have to figure out what to do with that info.

Yay! :

Question about EPO: I took it for a few days this month (didn't get the bottle until last day of AF). I am not charting or anything, so I stopped taking them a few days ago--I am supposed to O either today or tomorrow. The whole uterine contraction risk makes me nervous to take them any closer to O, especially since I'm not charting.

So I guess my question is, did/does anyone take EPO and not chart? What are your experiences?

Cczar - Ok, that Jing link is working for me. The OPKs and CM do seem to support O on the 20th, and then you had a fallback rise, which I often have. Otherwise, as Lauren just said, you could have O'd on the 22nd, which would make you 10DPO and not unusual to get a BFN.

I personally have lost a lot of faith in OPKs after I got no hint of a line the day before I O'd this month, which just seemed odd since I was starting to feel O pain and knew for a fact I was about to O.

FF does seem to rely a lot on CM and those OPKs. For example, my chart shows a dotted line for O because of that negative OPK. My point is that if you took out the negative and put in a couple more days of EWCM (not advocating messing with your chart but thinking if you thought you'd O'd already and stopped paying attention to your CM, maybe it was more EW than you realized) FF might very well change your O date.

All that being said, I think it's hard to tell, especially without the benefit of an earlier chart or two to compare to. I'm afraid you're gonna have to see what tomorrow's temp does. Good luck though!

I do understand and just figure I will wait at least a few more days to see what happens not unless AF appears before then (lets hope not!). Thanks for the time taken to review my chart - I appreciate the review and insight. I will definitely agree that the possibility of Ov on the later date is definitely a possibility. Thanks again! I will keep you posted!

I feel like the WORST wanna-be pregnant lady in history... so My hubby and I are really into fine wines and food and stuff and last night he suggested opening one of our FAVORITE wines (a callaghan 2003 blend) bc I made us a roast chicken (his favorite) and I was like, hmmm... I am 6 dpo... what the hell, sure. So we proceeded to finish it and then I had nyquil which appearantly I CAN'T have if I am pregnant.... now I feel I ruined all my chances and the baby is doomed... ok sadness rant over... that said, the bottle was MMMMMMMMM good!!!!

Stop worrying yourself...you wouldn't believe the horrible things embryos/fetus go through everyday and then turn out just fine. Your egg is fine. : I'm chart stalking you and like what I'm seeing!!! GL!!

Weissmom- Your chart is also looking very promising!!

That is what my husband says too... but ugh... I just feel like I may have ruined all my chances this month. I am self-sabotaging myself, or SOMETHING... :::

that said, I did read somewhere that wine may help with implantation bc of some effect it has on the uterus... Maybe I will just hope that is really the case and not the other self-sabotaging thoughts... haha
