what can i do w/ a 1/2 cup of whey?

i've never used whey before, but i seem to have a bunch from the last botched yogurt attempt (the one before that was perfect!), which i assume is still okay even though it was hanging out outside the fridge today (after a few days inside) for the afternoon. so is there anything i can do w/ half a cup? does it matter what the quality is or if there's a wee bit of yogurt in it? could i combine it with milk for a kind of buttermilk-y type use in cooking? i haven't begun doing veg ferments yet but if there were something eaaasy....
tia!

I've heard it's lovely to put in the bath and have a soak in!

I use it when I soak/cook rice.

I've used it to thin out smoothies or baked goods that have dairy in them (though I don't use it as a substitute). I've also used it to soak all sorts of grains (but usually only use a splash at a time). It keeps for quite a while in the fridge.
