i've never used whey before, but i seem to have a bunch from the last botched yogurt attempt (the one before that was perfect!
), which i assume is still okay even though it was hanging out outside the fridge today (after a few days inside) for the afternoon. so is there anything i can do w/ half a cup? does it matter what the quality is or if there's a wee bit of yogurt in it? could i combine it with milk for a kind of buttermilk-y type use in cooking? i haven't begun doing veg ferments yet but if there were something eaaasy....
