Does honey rmove sunscreen and loose powder?

I would like to use honey as a face wash. I wear Neutrogena Visibly Even sunscreen every day and a bit of loose powder. No foundation, blush, or anything else.

Would honey remove these while washing? Or do I need to use something separate to remove them? I use Neutrogena Sensitive face wash now and like it, but honey sounds like it works well for many people, and seems to be a cheaper option.
