where would sell sewing machine parts

Thread Starter
After moving into our new apt. I cannot find the power cord for my brother sewing machine, I have no idea where to buy a power cord from other than the internet but I don't want to wait for it to reach. Do anybody know where I would get things like that.

Thank you

Is there a Sears near you? That's where I bought my machine, and they had various sewing machine parts (both Kenmore plus some brand names) as well.

You could search for a sew and vac store. My community has a great little shop that sells sewing machine parts and vacuums (and their parts too I think) with the nicest most helpful people.

I was having problems with my machine and they spent like 30 min helping me figure it out (I was size the wrong size bobbins ) and only charged me the $$ for buying a pack of the correct sized bobbins even though they had spent all that time on me and oiled my machine for me.

Sew4less.com

Just select your sm brand & number & it will give you the correct 'generic' power cord, if they carry it.
