Ikea couches?

Hubby & I are planning to buy a new sofa and went to Ikea having a look today. I rather like this one because it's 1, a sofa bed and 2, it's priced right! but we also LOVED the Tylosand because it was SO comfy and modular... I'm geeky in that I like to rearrange.. so modular is a cool feature

I'm just wondering if anyone has either of these and can tell me how they've held up and what you love/don't about them?? TIA

I have this one and I can see it is not your style, but I just wanted to say that I think the quality is good and in fat it's so comfy that I've been sleeping on it rather than my (Ikea) mattress in the last few weeks of pregnancy! The one I have they guarantee it for 25 years, which is standing behind you product in a way that most companies don't these days, is that the same with the models you are looking at?

I'm not sure about the warranty on their sofas here, but I know they have a huge warranty on their mattresses Which is why we'll be looking there when that time comes as well. Funny about tastes/style and how they change.. a few years ago I loved the Ektorp! I've swung a *little* bit more to the modern style (but not quite the uber mod minimalist feel though!)

Next time I think we'll leave the kids with the grandparents, both take a book, and spend half an hour on each one we like reading LMAO.

We have had other Ikea couches for 11 years now and they have held up very well
