Natural Soap caveat to Bumgenius warranty

I use Bumgenius 3.0 and did love them until recently. Unfortunately, my diapers are: losing the stick on the laundry tabs, having elastic issues, and stinky. I guess I'll start bleaching as recommended, although I've not used bleach in years.

I've been searching online and have come across the warranty with the fact that "natural soap" voids the warranty. I'm happy to repair the dipes myself, but wanted to know whether my soap nuts, which I use exclusively as my detergent, are the cause of this and not my winter dryer dependence? Any ideas?

I think that when they say natural soap, they mean using Dr. Bronner's or actual soap, not the vegetable-based detergents in most natural laundry products. But soap nuts... I don't know what cleaners they release. Maybe you could call the company?
