OMG, not again!!!!!!!

Just posted this to a freebirth list I'm on:

Just got up to go to the bathroom. Felt a little damp. Stood up....water gushing out with every step. Yep, for the 3RD TIME, labour has started with my water breaking & no contractions!!!! I was really hoping it's be different this time. *sigh* I did a very quick check for cord & can't feel anything, not that I can reach all the way in (short fingers lol) but I'm going to take it as a sign that the head is low enough everything is fine, especially since I have a lot of pressure in my pelvis. Will not be doing any more checking.

Of course it happens today, H had a labrynthitis attack last night & will be exhausted & dizzy for days. And he took the last vitamin C. Which means I'm probably going to have to waddle over to the mall gushing water to get some more, since he might not be able to stand up today.

I'm going back to bed for now, though. Took over 3 days to get contractions with Cam, so I'm not going to deprive myself of sleep thinking it's going to start any second. I'll let you guys know when anything else starts happening.

Thinking about you D! I expect my water to break before labor as well though usually contracts start pretty much right away. I hope things are a tiny bit in a better place before babe decides to come!

Just to update. Been having contractions, about 1 every half hour or so. Lost a few pieces of plug. Baby is far enough down that I'm mostly not leaking anymore, which is nice. Spent the morning dozing between contractions. Just getting something to eat, then I'm going to head out to get me some vitamin C & h some gravol so he can hopefully manage to at least stand up whenever labour kicks in.

Water seemed clear, baby's heart seems fine & he/she is moving a bit occasionally. Think there's a lot of sleeping going on in there. Trying to keep hydrated.

Thanks Heather! That's actually about the only thing that's been helping.

Tried to get some sleep, but it hurt too much lying down. Doing much better sitting. Hopefully I can at least doze while I'm sitting up.
