Hotsling Back Carry

Any tips or photos on how to do this easily?

At this point, koala-style is my favorite way to carry DD. She is 20 mo. I put her in the sling, as if for a regular hip carry. Then, I just shift her around to the back of my hip. If necessary, I bounce up and down in order to get her bum snuggled down in the sling.

DD loves riding around, on my back. She will cross her little arms, as if for a pillow, and rest her head.

I start dd in a hip carry position, and then just slide her around under my arm to my back, we use the back carry in out pouch alot.
