honey, olive oil and yolk face mask?

i think I'll try it without the oil. I have acne and just can't bring myself to slather in oil on purpose.

I've heard of using egg whites alone for a mask, so it should be totally possible to do it with just the yolk and honey.

I understand being afraid of putting more oil on the face but many on this forum use the OCM (oil cleansing method) because the basic idea is that oil dissolves oil. Olive oil is very good for the skin, if you want to try just a bit.

So have you tried the honey and egg yolk yet? Inquiring minds want to know!

I've used egg yolks for helping dry up blemishes and it does work - just give it a little time. Good luck! The honey and olive oil mixed with the yolks sounds amazing and would probably feel great!

still haven't gotten around to trying the mask. i maimed myself and have alot of stitches in one hand. have been using honey alone every night and it is clearing my skin up nicely!
