Does anyone have experience with this? My 5th grader just brought home a permission slip for 5th gr. camp. Amongst all the info they ask for a vaccine schedule/proof of imms. I have a relig. exemption on file with the school for my daughter, will it be enough to allow her to go to the camp? btw, it is a public school but we are paying for camp. She is so concerned and the school is closed already-any input would be helpful. Thanks so much!!
