Went to my first appointment today at 10.5 weeks. It went great - I went to a birth center with midwives and of course got excellent care as compared to an OB office. We heard the heartbeat too, which was unexpected since I'm only just over 10 weeks. So nice to get reassurance that there's a live baby in there
