Wow.. the fdable.com website is really eye opening. So many cases of infants dying hours and days after vaccines.

So I **thought** I had decided that we would do the DTap ONLY for now at 4 months.. but now I'm wondering about that as I've read that anyone with a family history of asthma, seizures, etc should not get the vaccine? My baby sister developed severe asthma that almost killed her as a toddler. Johns Hopkins apparently felt there could have been a link to her Pertussis vaccination and she received a medical exception and never had one again. I also read on this forum that the vaccine contains milk, and while I don't believe my son has a severe allergy I have cut it out of my diet as it seems to bother him a bit...

AMBIER--I'm in MD as well, I know you said you're in a rural area, not sure where you're located, but you should check out the MD tribe, there are lots of recommendations for peds in old posts that you can search, if you're willing to find another
