Did anyone notice that instead of it just saying the 2 doses of Measels as it said last year it now specifically says MMR, which you couldn't easily get the measels alone vax anyway but still....

Well I can't speak for everyone. I'm sure everyone has different reasons but some are

Risks vs benefits

Not 100% effective

Religious Objection

Ingredients- some children are allergic to them and some people just don't agree with them be injected into their child. I have to say some ingredients are just freaky.

Prior reactions and family history of reactions

Serotype replacement issues with certain vaccines

There are way too many on the schedule

Some vaccines seem unnecessary i.e. chicken pox

I'm sure that there are more.

there are so many reasons we chose not to vaccinate our children. many of the reasons are discussed in the "i dont vaccinate" forum here on mdc.
