What are your favorite books available for Kindle?

I am thinking about buying a Kindle. However, I don't read fiction, really, so I am trying to figure out if it would have enough of the type of books available that I would actually like to read.

What are your favorite books available for Kindle in
- raising children (esp. the gentle discipline kind)
- traditional foods

and other NFL types of books...

I love love love my Kindle. I find myself reading a lot more. I do like fiction, but there are other things I read on it. Some of my favorite parenting books are available, Non Violent Communication, Unconditioinal Parenting, and Playful Parenting.

I also love to put PDF's or Word documents on my Kindle. Right now I have several knitting patterns, and every week I copy/paste from Lostpedia and get caught up on all the Lost theories in my down time at work.

There are also a lot of blogs, newspapers and magazines you can subscribe to. You can browse the Amazon website and see what you think.
