plastic surgeons at DHMC

looking for recs for plastic surgeons at Dartmouth Medical Center. My four year old needs some scar tissue repair- small operation- But would love some input if anyone has had any experience with this department at Dartmouth.

I have seen some beautiful cleft lip and palate repairs done by Mitch Stotland. Families I work with have really liked his personality and the one kid interation I saw was great-asked before touching child's face/mouth - and when chil said no, he didn't push, just looked at what he could see. (I'm an SLP and have attended a craniofacial anomalies clinic with a family)
