I hate having to worry about what I'm going to do with my son for before and after school care. I hate that there is so little support for full time working parents with kids in school in my area. I hate that I can't afford to work part time so I can take my son to school and pick him up. I hate that I have to apply to private and independent schools to get full day kindergarten but you still have to worry about after school care and all the competition and whether or not you are going to get in. I hate the stress and how I allow it to make me unfocussed at work. AGH!!!!

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

What makes it so frustrating is that I feel like I am going to have to settle for substandard care for him when he goes to school. I LOVE his current daycare, but she can't continue to care for him if/when he goes to elementary school. She is willing to keep him through his kindergarten year (she's a Montessori teacher), but he will be the only child his age there and all the other kids will be quite a bit younger. Sigh. I just hate it all. Blah.
