ok i have a question. I am not sure were to post this so i chose this one. I have weaned my son about 2 months ago and i am 18 weeks pg. I have noticed ever since i weaned my son i have tiny white bumps were milk would normally come out but i have been dried up since about 2 weeks since he was weaned. This last week my nipples have been very sensitive and sometimes sore. I was in the shower today and noticed that when i sqeezed on these bumps hard white things came out of them alot like a white head.(gross) anyways is this a normal change to weaning or is this like Montgomery's Tubercles??? not sure what to do if i just leave them alone or let my ob look at them on monday?
