Signs of a forcibly retracted penis?

I am suddenly (as in sitting here, right now, it came to me) struck with paranoia that one of the teachers in my son's new toddler room may be or have tried retracting his foreskin when they change his diaper. Nothing looks wrong with his penis and it doesn't seem to hurt him. But lately (seems like since he started visiting the toddler room, but my paranoia may be making that up) he cries almost every time I take him into the room the changing table's in. All day today (including this morning, before daycare) he wanted NOTHING to do with diaper changes, though he didn't seem to specifically be in pain or wince when I was wiping off his penis. Would I definitely know if they were doing this? I am going to talk to them about it tomorrow to be sure they are aware NOT to EVER do this. I feel stupid for not thinking to send that instruction along as a reminder when I got the notice he was changing rooms.

I think I will throw up if it turns out they are. I'm not sure what my next steps after that would be though. It doesn't make any sense to me that they would, but it's abundantly clear lately that people are exceptionally stupid and do stupid things for no reason at all.

Asking them is the only way really. I would definatly talk to all the workers who do diaper changes and have proper intact care instructions printed out to give to them. It is so easy to prevent it from happening but once it does fixing the damage can be a challenge. (meaning infections from it and having to try a dr who dosnt automatically want to circ if a problem arises). As that old saying goes "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"
