Goats Rue after 4 months

For those who have used Goats Rue, how long does it take for it to make a difference? The thing to note is I am taking for the first time 4 months after delivering. Plus, I have not been actively nursing or expressing. I was doing it sporadically once or twice a day. Now since taking the herbs I am trying to nurse/express every 3-4 hours. I am only not expressing during the night.

The reason I am taking Goats Rue is to address one of the following that I may have.
IGT (Left side is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than right)
PCOS (History of irregular AF)
Thyroid (Weight is not budging and hair fall)

It might be one or a combination.
Just wanting to hear from those who have tried Goats Rue and their success with it?
What changes did you see in terms of the following:

Milk output
physical changes to breast
weight
AF
Blood sugar, headaches

I just started taking it myself, in hopes of relactating (that along with More Milk Plus and other things).

I don't notice any side effects YET. But I have read many places it takes 2-3 weeks for a woman to notice any kind of difference.

Hope to see others replies, as I am curious as well.

Can you get your thyroid checked? That can seriously hinder milk supply and just getting that under control can help.

however, I have started on GR and a bunch of other galactalougues.

what is the typical remedy for getting thyroid fixed?
if a problem is detected, then can I take medication and still BF little one?
what medication is typically prescribed? just so I know what to expect?
