We've been looking to relocate for a while now. DH has just got what looks like a good job offer in Liverpool, so I'm on an information gathering mission!
Anyone in Liverpool or with any information about it, please feel free to chime in.
I'm looking at it from a 'crunch-factor' point of view I guess. Are there AP groups there? Is it a homebirth friendly area? (I know technically you can get a homebirth anywhere in the UK, but there are some areas that are a lot better than others) Organic food/local produce? Cost of living (we'll be on a fairly tight budget)? Public transport - or will we need to get a car? Which areas should I be looking at for accomodation and which should I avoid like the plague? (We'd like somewhere with pretty good transport connections to the centre, possibly a house with garden, in a fairly quiet area - some local shops and a school would be good
)
