Can you help me find a pattern like this?

I'm on ravelry but not having much luck... I'm looking for a (free!) pattern for a newborn size pilot cap, like the ones that are sold here.

Also I am trying to find a pattern for either a baby tank/tee (that's gender neutral) or a short one-piece romper type of thing. I really want to make something like this for my babe due this summer, but everything I'm finding is girly... I'm not experienced enough to try to change the patterns, I don't think..
(I love this one, but can't find this book... )

Or if you know of any other (free!) patterns that would be appropriate for a summer newborn, gender neutral
