You probably already know this, but that's only the case for adverse events that have already been established as "real" (more or less) by science other than the time frame.

Yeah def true; there is a chart that they go by after establishing (like autism was not established based on what just happened so it wouldn't be on there)...but still....I doubt "it happened around the time of the shot" would fly on its own outside of this kind of court set up.
