The post wasn't so great. There was no criticism of circ as an HIV preventative. Only concern that it might be taken "too far" and condoms won't be used.

I thought it was pretty good. It's tone seemed to signify it wasn't a good solution.
Condom use is not prevalent in most of these situations. Condoms should be the real focus here.
It's obvious that circ. is not helping, ,due to extremely high numbers of AID's cases in some of the communities where circ. is over 80% already.
