Those charts are based on formula fed babies who are overfed in comparison to breastfed babies. If your baby seems healthy, I wouldn't really be concerned, but that's just my opinion.
My DS was 90th percentile for hight and 5-10% for weight, but he is healthy. DH and I are small framed people. Here's a good link:
