What Questions SHould I Ask a Potential Midwife?

What questions should I ask in interviewing a midwife for well woman care, and as a midwife for delivery? I know the basic ones like how many preganancies they handle each month, etc. I'm wondering about the not so obvious questions.
Also, what questions should I ask in preparing for pregnancy? Like what is good for fertility, etc?

Here is a list of questions for interviewing midwives. It's geared toward homebirth, but you could certainly adapt it as necessary.

As far as well-woman care and TTC, I'd just ask what their recommendations would be, then follow up on whatever they say.

Have you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler? It's got a ton of great information about your cycles, possible TTC complications and solutions, etc. I recommend it to anybody who is starting or even thinking about TTC.
