Baby Girl in Natural Hospital VBAC!

March 5 at 11:25pm. I came half way around the world for this from Korea to where my parents live in Erie, PA, but it wasn't far enough. I had to go to Pittsburgh (2 hours away). Since I never labored with my first I had no idea I was in labor until the contractions were about 3 minutes apart. Used Hyonobabies in the car and made it to the hospital a little before 9pm. I was 8 cm when they checked me and she was born at 11:25pm. Hypnobabies worked to keep me focused, but it wasn't pain free. Still, everyone was impressed with how I handled it.

7 lbs 11 oz. 19.25 " long.

No drugs. Mother directed pushing. Natural delivery of the placenta. Small tear.
