Do you need it? We are making our own wipes. I read not to use commercial wipes on a newborn so I thought we would use water. But what about diaper cream? We are going to do our best to EC. If you would use diaper cream on newborn which one?

oh, also, have I heard not to use oil etc to help keep meconium from sticking because it damages cloth diapers?

i've only use burt's bees diaper cream. it smells heavenly and works very well with our now 2 year old. we also tried just plain vaseline from alba but always go back to burt's bees. i am planning to get a tube for our little bean due in july.

We use Angel Baby Bottom Balm and love it. We need it too- DS is prone to rashes and it always helps clear him up.
